Refund Policy

LunEdu offers a full refund within 3 days of initial subscription activation. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.


Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

After 3 days from your initial subscription activation, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may still cancel your subscription at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — meaning you will retain access to LunEdu until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation.

Account Suspension or Termination

LunEdu reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions without refund. This includes but is not limited to accounts found cheating during proctored exams, creating multiple accounts to abuse free plan features, or otherwise violating our Prohibited Activities policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@luneduapp.com within 3 days of your subscription start date. Please include:
